Shipping policy

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 days of receiving payment.

United Kingdom

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class Signed For service. Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day using this service.

International

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For service. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world.

Importance notice: If you are in the EU, you will be responsible for paying any customs charges or import taxes once the product arrives. Due to Brexit, these charges are unavoidable, but we are committed to continuing to serve our customers in the EU.
